NEWS: SERVOPRO MultiExact selected for UK government showcase

The SERVOPRO MultiExact digital multigas analyser has been chosen to represent the best of UK instrumentation manufacturing, as part of an exhibition being installed at the UK Government's Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS).

Designed to raise awareness of the electronics manufacturing industry to staff and visitors to BIS, the Association for Instrumentation, Control, Automation & Laboratory Technology (GAMBICA) has selected Servomex to represent UK manufacturing alongside other leading companies including ACS, Cecil Instruments, Danfoss, Phoenix Contact, Rittal, Seaward and Trend Controls.

The exhibition will highlight the role the instrumentation and automation industry provides in enabling technology to help solve key issues for the UK, including improving the competitiveness and growth of manufacturing across the country.

The SERVOPRO MultiExact is a particularly suitable analyser to showcase, with Servomex’s paramagnetic, zirconia cell and Gfx photometric technologies having been recently augmented by the breakthrough measurement technology of TruRef TCD, which adds highly accurate measurements for Ar and NO to measurements for O2 Purity, O2 Control, O2 Trace, CO2 Trace and N2O Trace.

Supported by a full range of digital communication and alarm options, the MultiExact’s single-unit solution for process control and product purity measurements demonstrates Servomex’s continuing global leadership in the innovation and manufacture of gas analysers.

The display will be on display at the BIS offices on Victoria Road, Westminster from Monday 5 to Friday 16 December, with Mark Prisk MP, Minister for Business and Enterprise, viewing the stand on December 8.

“We are delighted to have been chosen by GAMBICA to represent the ‘Best of British’ in Instrumentation and Control, and hope that the exhibition highlights the overall excellence of UK manufacturing in this important sector,” says Chris Cottrell, Managing Director, Servomex.
