ASU (Air Separation Unit) Operators

When it comes to ASU gas analysis, no one knows your industry better than Servomex.

For decades we have been helping the world’s leading ASU operators optimise their air separation processes, building our reputation on finding the most effective, reliable and accurate solutions for operations worldwide. Today we offer the broadest range of technologies to achieve the widest measurement range.

By covering every sampling point in the ASU process, our analysers deliver the truly complete solution for safety management, process control and product purity - solutions which guarantee quality, minimise costs, reduce emissions and increase plant and personnel safety.

Flexible, reliable multi-stream ASU analysis is delivered through the acclaimed SERVOPRO 4100 multigas analyser and the new SERVOPRO MultiExact multigas analyser. Both offer ASU operators the comprehensive and trusted solution for process control and product qualification, with the MultiExact’s brand new TCD technology offering exceptional new accuracy in control, purity and trace measurements.

Servomex's wide range of technologies enables us to offer specific analysers that provide truly best performance for specific applications. The unique plasma emission detector of the SERVOPRO Plasma provides an accurate, highly stable and reliable continuous monitoring of nitrogen in argon or helium, while the Flame Ionization Detector analyser of the SERVOPRO FID ensures the level of Total Hydrocarbons (THC) is maintained below flammable limits as well as providing quality control in pure O2, N2, Ar, and Air. The unique, non-depleting plasma emission detector used by the SERVOPRO Chroma enables both measurement of THC and has been proven to improve argon recovery.

Finally the addition of the Delta F range of analyser has enabled us to further expand your measurement options, with the measurement capabilities of e-sensor technology ensure the Delta F DF-150E and the Delta F DF-310.

With our experienced sales and service teams supporting your plant through a global network of business and engineering centres, we bring expertise to ASU gas analysis – we’ll show you how.
